Before the Event

  • Assist in site selection and perform site reviews
  • Develop clear milestones for event activities
  • Design a custom event logo
  • Distribute mailings to attendees and sponsors
  • Create diagrams of the functions
  • Host a dedicated pre-tournament or event website
  • Provide electronic and manual collection of fees
  • Coordinate registration
  • Interface with the venue for all activities and food related details
  • Suggest, coordinate and provide ancillary fund raising activities on the day of the event
  • Arrange for awards, gifts and prizes from a wide range of suppliers and pricing
